Measuring Success

We are keen to demonstrate the impact that Peoplehood has upon our target neighbourhoods and show how we are helping people to live 5 extra, healthy, and independent years. We do this through a range of data collection methods which we invite all of our Members to take part in. This includes our regular survey, interviews, and focus groups. As our program uses a range of different digital devices, we are also able to examine impact through the technology we have on offer, including our wearable devices and our tablet software CleverCogs. Encompassing different approaches means we can measure our outcomes in ways that give minimal disruption to our Members.

We focus on a number of key outcomes focused on health, physical activity levels, wellbeing, and capture the views Members of have of their homes and neighbourhoods. This gives us feedback on how our products and services are currently running, and to measure the change in people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

As with all our products and services, our evaluation framework was co-designed and captures outcomes which are important to our Members as well as to ourselves and our partners.
